What You will Learn From This course

    By course completion, GPs will be able to:
    ✔ Identify high-risk patients using validated screening tools (e.g., FINDRISC, ASCVD calculator).
    ✔ Implement early detection protocols for hypertension, prediabetes, and common cancers (breast, cervical, colorectal).
    ✔ Prescribe evidence-based interventions:
    -Lifestyle modifications (SMART goals for diet/exercise)
    -First-line pharmacotherapy (e.g., metformin, statins, ACE inhibitors)
    ✔ Strengthen referrals to specialists (e.g., cardiology, oncology) and community resources.
    ✔ Apply behavior change techniques (e.g., motivational interviewing) to improve adherence.
    ✔ Monitor NCD indicators (e.g., HbA1c, BP control rates) using PDSA cycles.

Description
