Description

1. Course Description:

 

This course equips Biomedical Laboratory Scientists with the knowledge and tools to establish, implement, and maintain robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with international standards (ISO 15189). Participants will learn to develop quality policies, conduct audits, monitor key performance indicators, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, with special emphasis on overcoming challenges in African laboratory settings.

 

2. Objectives:

• Implement ISO 15189 requirements, including documentation control and competency assessments.
